Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cost Management and Critical Balance Lead to head the Critical Balances and Cost Management team. You will drive invoice processing, service charge reconciliations, budget reviews and tenant recharge activities across multiple clients, ensuring timely, controlled delivery.

You will lead performance against SLAs, mentor staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise processes, controls and client satisfaction in a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a finance operations team.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, budget reviews and controls.
• Experience managing service delivery against SLAs, KPIs and client requirements.
• Experience coaching team members and managing performance.
• Finance processing or real estate operations experience; a related qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Critical Balances and Cost Management team.
• Own team performance against SLAs and KPIs for invoicing, reconciliations and budgets.
• Review and approve budget reviews, reconciliations and tenant recharge calculations.
• Reduce held invoices volume and ageing through proactive management.
• Escalate complex queries and ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
