Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cost Management and Critical Balance Lead to oversee invoice processing, service charge reconciliations, budget reviews and tenant recharges across multiple clients. You will lead the Critical Balances and Cost Management team, ensuring timely, accurate operations, coaching staff, managing SLAs/KPIs, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading finance/operations teams (accounts payable/receivable or cost management).
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, budget reviews and controls.
• Experience delivering services against SLAs/KPIs and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Critical Balances and Cost Management team; set priorities and allocate workloads.
• Manage SLAs/KPIs for invoice processing, service charge reconciliations, budget reviews and tenant recharges.
• Approve service charge budgets and ad hoc invoices; drive root cause analysis and preventative controls.
• Support SOC audits with evidence and timely responses; provide coaching and development to direct reports.
