Job summary

Land and Sea Resources Limited is recruiting a Cost Control Lead to join the Morecambe Hub's established gas plant project team. This role focuses on cost visibility, forecasting, and accurate reporting to budget holders, supporting reliable project planning and delivery.

You'll work with finance, engineering and suppliers to manage OPEX, maintenance, inspection, modifications and capital budgets, ensuring costs are understood and aligned with the business plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Strong Excel and SAP skills.
• Analytical ability with practical cost-control experience.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accruals and OPEX forecasts with cost trackers.
• Support month-end close and provide reliable cost information to budget holders.
• Analyze SAP data including Value of Work Done (VOWD).
• Oversee timesheet entries and review contract cost reports against the Business Plan.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support P2P processes.
