Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Cost Accountant for the PDx division to oversee all financial processes related to COGS, budgeting, and forecasting within manufacturing. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Significant experience in manufacturing cost accounting and product costing.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP reporting.
• Experience in SOX compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Analyze COGS, variance reporting, and PPV/FIFO processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ISC close cycles.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and FP&A for cost decisions.
• Lead process simplification and internal controls improvements.
