Job summary

The Royal Air Forces Association seeks a Corporate Partnerships Manager in Leicester on a hybrid basis to lead our corporate fundraising and partnerships programme. You will nurture existing supporters and secure new relationships to maximise income and engagement.

Reporting to Head of Corporate Partnerships and Events, you will manage contracts, undertake due diligence and monitor outcomes while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Corporate Partnerships, Major Giving or Fund Raising sector
• Proven experience of securing, managing and growing corporate partnerships
• Experience of undertaking due diligence, creating contracts and monitoring and reporting
• Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
• Ability to transform complex information into high quality pitches and impact reporting
• Strong track record of achieving substantial income targets
• A UK driving licence is essential and flexibility to attend meetings/events in evenings/weekends when required

Responsibilities

• Deliver the corporate partnership programme in line with governance and best practice
• Develop and manage existing partnerships (donations, sponsorship and licensing) to maximise income and engagement
• Collaborate with teams to identify funding opportunities and monitor service delivery
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships and secure support through income, volunteering and gifts in kind
• Undertake due diligence, draft contracts and monitor performance against expectations
• Produce high-quality communications, pitches and impact reports tailored to supporters
• Create short, medium and long-term activity plans, budgets and forecasts for fundraising
• Attend events to network and represent the charity
