Job summary

Wolfspeed seeks a Corporate FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Belfast. You will ensure accurate consolidation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, delivering insights for executive decision-making.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll support monthly forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning, partnering with Senior Leadership, Audit Committee, and other stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement in a global, fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
• Chartered Accounting qualifications.
• 8+ years in Accounting/Finance roles.
• 4+ years FP&A, reporting, consolidations, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Collaborative problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement results.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning submissions.
• Perform variance analysis vs Forecast, AOP, Prior Quarter, and Prior Year results.
• Support executive reporting for SLT, Board, and Audit Committee reviews.
• Develop insightful commentary highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Document and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
