Qualifications

• Buy-side experience and deal execution skills.

Responsabilités

• Source corporate development opportunities and target sprints.
• Lead end-to-end M&A, FT Ventures investments, and disposals.
• Perform financial analysis and business case scrutiny.
• Prepare board papers for CFO/CEO/FT Board approvals.
• Mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder expectations.
