Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with hands-on media relations and financial, transactional and corporate communications.
• Experience in issues management, public affairs, reputational risk and crisis communications.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior executives and collaborate with others.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communications plans across Apollo's European franchise.
• Proactive media engagement and storytelling across key EMEA markets, including investment and product communications, issues management, and enterprise communications.
• Create informative and persuasive communications and corporate marketing content with measurable results.
• Plan and execute speaking engagements for senior executives.
• Generate messaging and materials including press releases, briefing notes, talking points and internal/external content.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
