Job summary

Taylor Root is recruiting a 5-9 PQE corporate lawyer to join its client’s legal team in the United Kingdom. You will advise on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, supporting governance, strategy, and high-profile projects as the business expands.

Working autonomously, you will draft and negotiate contracts, provide guidance to internal stakeholders, and help manage strategic corporate matters across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5-9 PQE corporate lawyer experience preferred (leading law firm or in-house).
• Excellent contract negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail oriented and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate and commercial law advisory support on a wide range of matters to the Company and internal stakeholders including at a senior level.
• Support on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder matters and ongoing corporate legal support.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including partnership, supplier, tech, outsourcing vendor contracts and customer terms.
• Provide general advice on ad-hoc legal matters as they arise.
