Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a contracts attorney to draft, review, and negotiate client SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and related documents, serving as the primary contracts contact for project managers, finance, and other departments. You will oversee the contract lifecycle from intake to signature, maintain templates, and collaborate with the global Legal team, with a hybrid in-office/work-from-home arrangement.

The role requires a J.D., active bar admission (New York preferred), and experience in digital media,

Qualifications

• BA/BS and J.D. required, active bar in at least one U.S. state; NY bar preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial contracts (MSAs/SOWs) in digital media, advertising, or tech.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, change orders, amendments, and related documents.
• Understand client MSAs to support efficient contract intake and negotiation.
• Serve as contracts contact for project managers, finance, and other departments; explain terms clearly.
• Use AI-powered tools to draft, review, and compare contracts and improve workflows.
• Manage contract lifecycle from intake to signature; track status, dates, renewals, and obligations.
