Responsibilities

• Manage documentation throughout the contracts process, ensuring records are up to date.
• Support contract negotiations within the agreed planning cycle and ensure key deliverables are incorporated.
• Liaises with suppliers to meet organisational purchasing needs and explain contractual issues.
• Keep procurement records up to date and publish awarded contracts on contract finder.
• Identify savings opportunities and collaborate with partners to achieve them.
