Job summary

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contract management across a portfolio for partner NHS organisations in North East London. You will mobilise contracts in line with terms, governance and expected performance to deliver value for money and safe services.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in contracting, commercial, procurement or related field.
• Professional qualification in contract management (WorldCC/NCMA) or MCIPS.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts within a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for a defined portfolio across NHS organisations.
• Draft, negotiate and execute contractual agreements with robust post-award governance.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and service levels; manage risks and issues.
• Support variations, renewals and extensions in line with due process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standardised approaches and reporting.
