The Opportunity
Reporting to the Energy & Planned Services Manager, you'll be responsible for cost planning and the effective management of high-value construction and retrofit projects, including WHQS and decarbonisation programmes. This role is central to delivering planned maintenance, major works, and responsive maintenance to ateb customers’ satisfaction, ensuring ateb homes meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standards (WHQS) and their Net Zero ambitions.
