Qualifications

• Essential: proven experience as Procurement Manager in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontract procurement and supply chain.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Source, negotiate and secure competitive supplier or subcontract agreements.
• Manage tendering and quotation processes for materials and services.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders and monitor performance.
• Ensure procurement activities align with budgets and project programmes.
