Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across construction operations.
• Report to Managing Director and Company Owner.
• Implementing new processes, systems and operational improvements.
• Overseeing project delivery, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
• Leading, developing and mentoring operational teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Supporting business growth and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
