Job summary

ADS Group Ltd, the UK trade association for aerospace, defence, security and space, is seeking a Compliance and Contracts Manager to join the Legal team in Farnborough. You will help embed the compliance framework and manage regulatory and contractual obligations across the Group.

The role includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting GDPR and data protection compliance, audits, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, governance, legal operations or contracts management.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts with risk awareness.
• Understanding of UK GDPR and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and embedding of the compliance framework across ADS Group and subsidiaries.
• Draft, review and negotiate supplier, customer, sponsorship and service contracts.
• Maintain contract governance processes and assurance activities; assist audits and reporting to governance bodies.
