Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in sourcing or category management, a business degree and MCIPS or equivalent, with a hybrid work setup offering two days per week from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business required or equivalent. MCIPS accreditation preferred or in progress.
• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or category management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Category Management: Own and drive spend categories with strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Supplier Selection & Contracting: Lead supplier selection, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
• Requisition & Order: Convert requisitions to POs and track orders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align procurement strategies with internal needs.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain supplier performance and value.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and risks to inform sourcing decisions.
• Cost Management: Identify cost savings and value creation opportunities.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure procurement activities meet policies and regulations.
