Job summary

OD Group in the City of London is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead multi-project commercial delivery within the Major+ division. You will focus on achieving margins, managing budgets, and guiding negotiations with clients and subcontractors.

You will oversee contract administration under JCT, NEC or bespoke forms, drive forecasting, value engineering, and ensure early warnings and final accounts are handled effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial management of multiple projects (Cat A, Cat B, refurbishment schemes).
• Support the Commercial Director in delivering financial targets and margin protection.
• Provide commercial input during tender, value engineering and negotiation stages.
• Contribute to business unit forecasting and financial planning.
