Job summary

Arguile Search is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Commercial Manager. This role offers the chance to influence commercial strategy and negotiate complex agreements across a portfolio of high-value contracts.

You will work with senior stakeholders to manage commercial risk, support growth and negotiate favourable terms. Based in Leeds or Manchester with occasional UK travel, the position offers up to £75,000 plus a 10–15% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of experience in Commercial or Contract Management.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Understanding of commercial and contractual risk.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, ambitious approach and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Providing commercial and contractual advice to senior stakeholders.
• Managing commercial and contractual risk throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Supporting commercial strategy across new and existing business opportunities.
• Negotiating favourable commercial terms while protecting the business.
• Influencing business decisions through sound commercial judgement.
• Building strong relationships across the business and with external customers.
