Fuel Recruitment is partnering with a leading infrastructure and energy organisation to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager. The role focuses on regulated electricity networks, providing commercial leadership across transmission and distribution projects while managing framework pricing and procurement.

The successful candidate will drive commercial performance, monitor framework returns, advise on market conditions, and build relationships with clients and delivery teams

Formación

• Senior commercial leadership experience in utilities/infrastructure/energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of RIIO regulation and UK utility procurement.
• Experience developing and evaluating pricing schedules for framework agreements.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance on framework returns and pricing competitiveness.
• Experience procuring and evaluating tenders from client and contractor sides.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with NEC contracts and commercial management principles.
• Ability to interpret market data and advise on growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide commercial leadership across electricity transmission & distribution projects and framework agreements.
• Support development and submission of framework pricing, rates and commercial proposals.
• Advise stakeholders on market conditions, pricing trends and framework performance.
• Monitor commercial performance, framework returns and project profitability.
• Support procurement and tender activities from client/contractor perspectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, delivery teams and key stakeholders across regulated utility programmes.
