You will shape the future of our commercial consultancy, mentor senior teams, and drive business growth while maintaining technical excellence in cost management and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a commercial leader in consultancy, client-side, contractor or public sector.
• Strong knowledge of target cost and open-book commercial models.
• Significant leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Commercial & Strategic Cost Management team.
• Act as senior commercial lead on key client commissions.
• Drive service innovation and best practice across the business.
• Manage major housing investments, regeneration, repairs and asset management programmes.
• Develop strategic relationships with clients and partners.
