EMR Group is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. You will work with senior management, commercial teams and operational leaders to deliver accurate reporting, meaningful analysis and forward-looking financial modelling.

The role shapes profitability, efficiency and long-term growth across multiple sites. You will provide full finance business partnering support, analyse performance, forecast results and model the financial impact of pricing changes,

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-site finance partnering.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide full finance business partnering across the commercial function.
• Analyse performance, forecast results, and model financial impact of pricing, contracts and investments.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and underpin long-term planning and capacity modelling.
• Own management information and drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting.
