Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Finance Analyst, Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or Business Partnering roles.
• Strong analytical skills with large and complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to produce meaningful financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Curious mindset with understanding of how the wider business operates.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach and desire to add value.
• Part-qualified, finalist or qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Producing insightful financial and operational analysis to support business performance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
• Delivering meaningful management information and performance reporting.
• Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partnering with operational and departmental managers to support decision-making.
• Providing robust financial challenge and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining financial models for commercial initiatives.
• Investigating variances and providing concise commentary.
• Supporting strategic projects with detailed financial analysis and business case evaluation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes and commercial performance.
• Presenting financial information to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Supporting senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and commercial insight.
