Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Commercial Director near Cambridge to lead the organisation's commercial function on a full-time basis. The role requires strategic direction, risk management, and oversight of tenders, procurement, and forecasting across multi-million pound projects.

You will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and MCIOB/MRICS (or working towards). A full UK driving licence is essential for travel between offices and sites.

• Extensive experience leading commercial teams in civil engineering/construction.
• Experience managing multi-million pound projects and tenders.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying; MCIOB/MRICS or working towards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial function across the organisation.
• Provide strategic commercial direction and oversee on-target, on-budget project delivery.
• Oversee compliance, risk, forecasting, tenders, bids, estimation, procurement and negotiation.
• Present commercial performance to the Board and set policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with supply chain partners, contractors and clients and mentor the team.
