Job summary

STR Group Limited is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist for a large Housing Association, full-time and permanent. You will lead contract management activities for multiple complex contracts, mobilise delivery, manage changes and mitigate risk, and oversee transitions.

You will coordinate with Procurement, provide commercial guidance, monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to KPIs across a portfolio exceeding £5m lifetime spend.

Qualifications

• Expert in contract management and SRM across complex contracts.
• Experience with contract design, changes and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to plan, forecast income/ expenditure and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the contracting database for Property Services.
• Oversight of a portfolio of live contracts and supplier performance.
• Coordinate documentation sign-off with Procurement and provide commercial guidance.
• Monitor KPIs, risk, payments, audits and contract exits or transitions.
• Represent the commercial team at reviews for high-value contracts (>£5m).
• Collaborate with finance, health & safety, and procurement to ensure compliance.
