Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager in Sheffield for a hybrid role with 3 days on site. The package is up to £80,000 plus excellent benefits, and you will influence decisions across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams through insights and recommendations.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, and drive a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with senior stakeholders.
The confidence to challenge thinking and influence decisions.
A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about business performance.
Experience using data to drive action, not just reporting results.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with Finance, Operations or Commercial teams.
Experience in SaaS, subscription, or other commercially focused environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams.
Turning complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
Supporting strategic projects with insight and commercial analytics.
Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and profitability.
Helping stakeholders understand what's driving business results.
Influencing decision making through strong communication and storytelling.
Prioritising analytics projects based on commercial value and business impact.
Acting as the link between stakeholders and the wider data team.
