Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management and pricing for a multi-property portfolio.
• Ability to develop and deploy pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR.
• Strong market analysis, competitor monitoring and demand‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy pricing strategies for ca.30 hotels in partnership with Regional Area Revenue Managers.
• Oversee daily pricing decisions, identify market trends and respond to demand drivers.
• Analyse STR data, bookings and channel mix to optimise RevPAR.
• Collaborate with the Premium Events Team for demand date opportunities.
• Engage with hotel teams and stakeholders to balance targets with guest experience.
