Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in Clinical Supply Chain Management within clinical trials.
• Experience with IRT systems for clinical supply planning.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of clinical supply chain projects.
• Create demand forecasts and packaging plans.
• Oversee packaging campaigns with vendors and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor study inventory via IRT systems.
• Maintain budget tracking and ensure alignment with quotations.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead client and vendor meetings as needed.
