Qualifications

• Experience developing bold, strategic ideas with a mix of industrial and governmental stakeholders.
• Track record of managing key accounts, successful project sales and joint grant applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Interface between government and industry, connecting ambitions with interests.
• Develop senior relationships with government departments (e.g., DEFRA, Environment Agency).
• Develop senior relationships with industry to identify opportunities and regulatory needs.
• Represent NPL at industry meetings and workshops as a trusted voice of independence.
• Communicate demand for national scientific expertise and support capability development.
