Qualifications

Experience in senior commercial leadership within a programme, product, service or delivery environment.
Proven ability to develop and deliver commercial strategies that support growth and value for money.
Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, contract management and governance.

Responsabilités

Lead the commercial direction and performance of the National Timing Centre Programme.
Shape and deliver the Programme’s commercial and go-to-market strategy across UK markets.
Develop external relationships with government, industry and stakeholders to maximise national benefit.
Oversee commercial governance, supplier relationships and supply chain activity.
Provide oversight of financial performance, commercial risk, procurement decisions and legal interface.
Work with the Senior Leadership Team to support programme-wide decisions.
