Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Technical Solutions Lead for PathWise in a hybrid role based in London. You will provide technical leadership across modelling, product capabilities, platform and infrastructure, coordinating with actuaries, engineers and product specialists to deliver client-focused PathWise solutions.

You will design, implement and optimise actuarial and quantitative models, partner with sales for pre-sales support and ensure scalable, high-performance deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of quantitative analysis, actuarial modelling, data science or related client-facing technical role.
• Ability to work across modelling, software products, platform architecture and infrastructure.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted technical leadership across modelling, product capabilities, platform and infrastructure topics.
• Help clients design, implement, validate, troubleshoot and optimise actuarial and quantitative models in PathWise.
• Develop knowledge of PathWise capabilities and engage specialists when needed.
• Support deployment architecture discussions, cloud and on-prem environments, GPUs and HPC.
• Lead technical onboarding, training and knowledge transfer for client teams.
