Job summary

BLUE Communications is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee day-to-day client operations, shape strategic direction, and ensure delivery of campaigns across PR, digital, brand and creative disciplines.

You will act as the primary link between clients and BLUE's internal teams, ensuring projects meet high standards, protect client reputations, and align with business objectives. Hybrid working and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-channel projects or campaigns in an agency environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, profitability and scope.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordinating creative, digital, PR specialists.
• Able to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate briefs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Project management & delivery across multi-channel campaigns with tight media deadlines.
• Monitor and report on KPI delivery, time usage and profitability; flag scope creep.
• Lead intake of briefs, clarify scope and timelines; translate into actionable plans.
• Support business development within retained and project-based accounts.
• Be a beacon for best practices and lead the client services team in meetings and workshops.
