Qualifications

• Proven experience developing propositions and customer journeys.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action.
• Experience leading CRM/Salesforce transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of wealth management dynamics and client segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the client proposition.
• Develop client segmentation and service models.
• Lead Salesforce strategy and utilisation.
• Create propositions for target client sectors.
• Improve the end-to-end client journey.
