Job summary

Xeinadin Group Limited in Gloucestershire seeks a Portfolio/Accounts Manager to lead client relationships across a growing portfolio, ensuring high service levels and strategic growth. You will manage and develop client accounts, drive profitability, and oversee team performance while upholding professional standards and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.

The role requires ACCA/ACA and at least 3 years PQE, with a focus on leadership and client service within a dynamic accountancy

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified.
• 3+ years PQE in General Practice.
• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Comfortable using technology to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client accounts with timely actions and communications.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff.
• Review files to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations.
• Provide insights and solutions to enhance the firm’s reputation and client base.
• Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Contribute to strategic planning to increase revenue and profits.
• Maintain responsibility for client relationships and ensuring value and quality.
• Complete portfolio work with expert advice to clients.
