Pro-Finance in Bolton is seeking an experienced Client Manager to lead a portfolio of SME clients within a growing Top 20 accountancy practice. You will manage an established accounts team, provide trusted business advice, oversee compliance work, and identify advisory opportunities while contributing to the firm's ongoing modernization.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Significant experience in an accountancy practice with own client portfolio.
• Strong technical knowledge: accounts prep, corporation tax, VAT, and personal tax.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of limited company clients with proactive business advice.
• Lead and develop accounts team; mentor staff.
• Oversee statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax, personal tax and VAT returns.
• Provide tailored financial and commercial advice to clients.
• Drive process improvements and technology adoption.
• Support business development and client onboarding.
