Job summary

CPS Group (UK) Limited is recruiting a Client Engagement Manager in Swansea to build strong stakeholder relationships and support delivery of programmes, projects and events. You will act as a primary contact for diverse stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and progress is clear from planning through to completion.

The role blends relationship management with hands-on project coordination across multiple programmes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate projects and programmes throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from initial kick-off through to completion.
• Developing, maintaining and proactively managing project and programme plans.
• Managing multiple projects, activities and priorities within a fast-moving environment.
• Coordinating resources, schedules, communications, documentation and project deliverables.
• Monitoring progress against agreed KPIs, deadlines and project objectives, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Identifying and tracking risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Producing regular project updates, dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitoring programme expenditure and supporting financial tracking.
• Supporting programme evaluation, including analysing impact, outcomes, statistics and lessons learned.
• Helping scope and develop new programmes and opportunities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Working closely with external partners, clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen stakeholder engagement, improve processes and enhance project delivery.
