Job summary

Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company powering the marketing and advertising ecosystem. We seek a Client Engagement Manager to lead client servicing, deliver innovative digital marketing strategies, and drive growth across Publicis agencies.

You will collaborate with Publicis and internal teams to provide exceptional service, educate clients, and develop strategic, objective-based solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the Client Engagement team to deliver top-notch solutions to Publicis brands.
• Build relationships, educate client teams, cross-sell products and service current accounts across Epsilon and Publicis.
• Participate in training, workshops and peer-to-peer learning to drive personal and team growth.
• Develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning and strategic business planning.
