Journey Further is seeking a commercially driven Client Director with deep performance marketing expertise to lead strategic relationships with UK-based clients across retail, beauty, fitness, and insurance.

You’ll own the growth trajectory of your portfolio, driving revenue expansion, protecting retention, and delivering exceptional client value that positions Journey Further as the market’s most customer-centric agency.

Qualifications

• Proven Client Director level experience in a Performance Marketing agency.
• Experience leading relationships across sectors: retail, beauty, fitness, and insurance.
• Track record of growing revenue with high-profile clients.
• Strong commercial instincts: forecasting, pipeline management, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Build senior level relationships with client decision makers to drive revenue and client value.
• Lead portfolio engagement strategy and standard for client engagement.
• Lead QBR narratives, outcomes, and QA.
• Implement and optimise Client Lifecycle touchpoints and feedback.
• Own financial performance, forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities.
• Manage full contract renewal process and scope definitions.
• Forecast new growth opportunities and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with product and marketing to create case studies and thought leadership.
• Coordinate with internal operations for consistent execution across systems like HubSpot.
• Surface client case studies and provide strategic consultation.
• Drive continuous improvement of CX best practices.
