Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Forward-Deployed Banker to drive product adoption and deliver ongoing value to clients in the financial services sector. You will collaborate with the account team to understand client workflows, bridge technology capabilities with domain needs, and influence renewal and growth across key accounts.

You will engage directly with investment professionals, translate feedback into actionable product improvements, and help expand use cases as AlphaSense evolves.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front-office investment banking experience across at least one product area (e.g., DCM, ECM, M&A).
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and client-centric with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to drive commercial outcomes and align account strategies.
• Leverage data-driven insights to monitor client engagement and identify opportunities for platform adoption.
• Build and curate financial services use cases by discovering clients' research workflows and pain points.
• Forge and maintain strong client relationships with investment professionals at financial institutions.
• Contribute to product development by sharing client feedback and improvement requests.
