• Broad range of project experience across civil design for developments.

• Lead and support bids by reviewing submissions and adding value.
• Act as Project Manager or Director for major projects and key commissions.
• Mentor selected colleagues and drive succession planning.
• Drive business development through local networks and stakeholders.
• Ensure SHEQ compliance and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.
