Job summary

Linklaters seeks a Chief of Staff (AI & Applied Intelligence) to work with the Director of AI Delivery and the partner leading the firm's AI strategy, driving one of the most ambitious programmes across the business.

You will translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans, drive delivery across a complex stakeholder landscape, and provide trusted advisory to senior leaders, collaborating across practice groups, technology, data, knowledge, learning, communications, finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Track record leading technology, data or AI transformation programmes.
• Experience in professional services or similarly complex environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong commercial judgement with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure and deliver results quickly.
• Outstanding communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Low-ego, high-accountability, collaborative leadership style.
