Qualifications

  • Relevant professional qualification; proven leadership experience in one or more organisations.
  • Experience in managing Budgets, Risk, Quality and safety.
  • Experience leading outcomes-based management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for operational, service and performance management.
  • Support and develop all members of the organisation.
  • Ensure excellent communication between all stakeholders.
  • Model trust, support and respect within the organisation.
  • Develop, implement and review policies including induction and training.
  • Work with the Board to improve quality standards and reputation.
  • Coordinate with the Company Secretary and Chair to comply with governance and law.
  • Supervise staff, students and volunteers.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate the organisation’s Business Plan and fundraising opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with funders and partner organisations.
