Qualifikationen

• Experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector within social care, social services, health care, education, welfare benefits, criminal justice or community development.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits available to individuals and families.
• Ability to empathise with vulnerable clients and communicate sensitively with applicants.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear reports, meet targets, and work under deadlines.
