Job summary

Civil Works Alliance (CWA) seeks a Change Manager to lead the project controls across Sizewell C's Civils Programme, ensuring effective control of time, cost and design changes. You will report to the Head of Project Controls and drive governance, change tracking, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 12–15 years of mega-infrastructure experience, with qualifications in APM PMQ or equivalent (MRISC preferred).

Qualifications

• Requires 12–15 years leading project controls on mega infrastructure projects.
• APM PMQ or equivalent qualification; MRISC preferred.
• Expertise with contract, cost and EVM systems including PRISM, Unifier and InEight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and governance of the Change Management process across the CWA, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of change – from SZC directions through to compensation events and recovery plans.
• Coordinate interrelated changes across sections to maintain program and cost integrity.
• Configure and leverage Oracle Primavera Unifier to track, report and manage all change activities.
• Develop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools that provide visibility of change performance and trends.
• Support strategic decision-making by integrating cost, time, risk and contract constraints.
• Champion HSE and Nuclear Safety in every change decision.
• Promote Digital Engineering tools and processes with BIM data integration.
