Civil Works Alliance (CWA) seeks a Change Manager to lead the project controls across Sizewell C's Civils Programme, ensuring effective control of time, cost and design changes. You will report to the Head of Project Controls and drive governance, change tracking, and continuous improvement.
The role requires 12–15 years of mega-infrastructure experience, with qualifications in APM PMQ or equivalent (MRISC preferred).
As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within theCWA Wide Section.
This role is to provide leadership to the project controls across the CWA to ensure the effective delivery of the entire Civils Programme of SZC while recognising and influencing the programme's impacts on the more comprehensive Project. The Change Manager’s role is to implement the strategy, managing, and maintaining change within the agreed constraints on one or more Sections of the project, including change for programme, design, time and cost. This post will ensure that control is in accordance with all safety, quality, time, and cost parameters to meet the project's needs for change, ensure it is implemented and track the changes within the project. The role focuses on the management of construction based change, including design, technical, scope, time and cost changes in line with NEC4 and the APM aligned change framework. The Change Manager reports directly into the Head of Project Controls, as part of the CWA wide PMO.
