Medical Law Services in Liverpool is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape strategy and drive large-scale transformation. You will translate priorities into actionable initiatives and work closely with senior decision-makers to deliver measurable value.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, offering a hybrid work pattern. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop business cases and KPIs, and build capability across MLS.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis, change or transformation.
• Proven ability to drive complex change initiatives to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience developing business cases and performance KPIs.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into deliverable change initiatives with measurable value.
• Analyse processes, performance and operating models to identify improvements.
• Lead current/future-state design, standardise and automate ways of working.
• Create clear requirements, user stories, and functional specs from workshops.
• Develop delivery plans with milestones, ownership and success measures.
• Track benefits and embed improvements into operations.
