Job summary

MioCare Group is seeking an experienced Chair or senior leader to provide governance and strategic direction as it enters its next phase of development in Oldham. You will link the Board with the Managing Director and shareholder steering committee, guiding performance, risk management and the organisation's values.

• Experience of leadership within a large, complex or changing organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance, finance, performance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and strategic leadership as MioCare enters its next phase.
• Act as the principal link between the Board, Managing Director and shareholder steering committee.
• Help shape strategic direction and oversee organisational performance.
• Ensure quality, financial sustainability and effective risk management.
• Guard MioCare’s purpose and values and represent the organisation externally.
