Job summary

Talent Finance is assisting a private equity backed business in Poole to appoint a Chief Financial Officer who will partner with the CEO and Board to shape strategic direction and provide robust financial leadership during a growth phase.

The role requires leading FP&A, cash flow, reporting to the Board, strengthening controls and supporting potential acquisitions, with hybrid working from Poole and close collaboration with investors.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong Board-level experience.
• Experience with M&A, business transformation, technology-enabled services or SaaS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and Board on strategy and performance.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, cash flow and performance management.
• Provide commercial insight to support growth and investment decisions.
• Develop high quality management and Board reporting.
• Strengthen financial systems, controls and processes as the business scales.
• Support potential acquisitions and integration activity.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Engage with external investors and key stakeholders.
