Job summary

BGIS UK & Europe seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the President, UK & Europe, with a line to the Global Chief Financial Officer. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy and performance at the highest level of the organisation.

BGIS is a global leader in facilities management and real estate services. The UK business supports around 650 employees and £120m revenue, with plans to expand substantially in coming years.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior financial leadership experience.
• Ability to operate at executive and board level.
• Experience in growth-oriented, complex organisations.
• Exposure to global reporting structures is advantageous.
• Experience in facilities management or contract-led environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the UK finance function.
• Drive business planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions.
• Enhance cash generation, working capital and controls.
• Develop finance capability and governance for future growth.
• Partner with President, UK & Europe and Global Finance Leadership.
