Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven CFO or FD experience in scaling consumer/retail business.
• Experience raising debt and leading fundraising or refinancing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board to shape long-term growth and value-creation strategy
• Lead the funding and capital strategy — debt, equity, working capital and cash
• Own commercial finance, driving profitability across channels, geographies and categories
• Build the governance, controls and reporting needed to keep the business investment- and exit-ready
• Lead Finance and Technology, scaling both functions ahead of the business's growth
